Inner Healing Meditation

What is Meditation?

Meditation can be considered as a state of Consciousness, and a way of Change. It is the process by which we can increase the Inner Power of our Mind. It can  therefore be used to create a personal Inner Sanctuary to where you can retreat at anytime from the demands of the outer world.

With practice and over time, physiological characteristics of the Meditative State extends more into our daily lives and influences our everyday activities, so that we become more relaxed and calmer naturally, as we go about our daily work.

According to Metaphysical sciences, the transmitting intermediary between our mind and our body consists of subtle energy fields. These interpenetrate and surrounds all living tissue. These energy fields appear as flowing currents and specific energy centres.

Meditation quietens our mind and relax our nerves.

One of the most potent aids in bringing about an effective change for good mental and physical health, is the art of 'Inner Healing Meditation.' This is because Inner Healing Meditation blends all aspects of ourselves; mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual in affecting a cure, as an imbalance on one or more of these levels affects the whole. What this form of Healing does is to clear and clean channels that are choked by tension, stress, and all other ills, and allows energy to flow freely and naturally through all levels of our being.

        Why we experience sickness

Some of the reasons why people become sick, especially during adult years, is because of what we were taught since childhood. This sets up a belief pattern that feeds on itself and can be hard to break. If you are experiencing any kind of illness or unhappiness you must acknowledge truthfully to yourself that there is some form of inhibiting factor logged in one or more levels of your being.

When faced with any illness, we need to look within and ask ourselves why we are experiencing the signals of sickness. Our body is trying to make us aware of an unbalance within.
